What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 200 kg per product for trial orders, and 1,000 kg for regular commercial orders. We offer flexible packaging including 25 kg drums, 200 kg drums, and 1,000 kg IBCs. For very large volumes (20+ MT/month), we provide IBC rental and consignment stock options.

Can you provide free samples before I place an order?

Yes. We provide free samples (typically 1–2 kg) for evaluation. Samples are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your application details. We cover the sample cost; courier fees (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are at the buyer's account for the first sample shipment.

What documentation do you provide with each shipment?

Every commercial shipment comes with: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Bill of Lading. REACH, RoHS, and other compliance letters are available on request. SGS or Intertek third-party test reports can be arranged.

Do you offer private label / OEM manufacturing?

Yes. We produce under your brand label with a minimum commitment of 2 MT/month. A mutual NDA is signed before any formulation details are shared. Lead time for first OEM batch is 3–4 weeks after formula sign-off.

What is the difference between your C0, C6, and C8 products — which should I choose?

C0 (fluorine-free) provides excellent water repellency with zero PFAS — ideal for brands with strict PFAS-free commitments and ZDHC/OEKO-TEX® compliance requirements. C6 (short-chain fluorocarbon) adds oil and stain repellency on top of water resistance — the right choice for outdoor apparel and workwear where combined water, oil, and stain performance is needed and short-chain fluorocarbons are still permitted. C8 (long-chain fluorocarbon) delivers the highest oil-repellency ratings and is still used in demanding industrial and protective applications. We carry all three chemistries, so our team can recommend the right balance of performance, compliance, and cost for your specific end-use.

What are your payment terms for new buyers?

For new customers, we typically require 30% T/T deposit with the order, and 70% T/T before shipment. After 2–3 successful orders we offer 30-day net terms or L/C at sight. We also accept PayPal for small sample orders.

How long does shipping take to Europe / USA / South Asia?

Sea freight: Europe 25–35 days, USA West Coast 20–28 days, East Coast 30–38 days, South Asia 10–18 days. Air freight: 3–7 days worldwide. Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 days for samples. We handle all export documentation and can arrange door-to-door logistics on request.
